I love this song by Florence and the Machine. I work out to this song quite a bit. It makes me want to just start dancing and shaking IT all out. Shake out those bad days, bad memories, evil thoughts and things keeping you down and start over. START OVER. Truly forget them. Stop thinking I should have done this and oh I did that! We all have regrets we all a past we all have something we shouldn’t have done or should’ve done. IT IS CALLED LIFE. You live and learn. So what let it go! AND if others won’t let you let it go maybe it is time you let them go. I know how hard it is letting it go or shaking it out. I shake it out a lot! Then I give it to God. I ask him to take care of it because I can’t. I can’t deal with it anymore. Yeah so you screwed up don’t we all?
Shake it out! Shake all the troubles away. It will all be okay!
I suggest you listen to this tune. Preferably in your house with no one else around. Turn up the volume, dance in your skivvies, and SHAKE IT OUT! Then go have a good cup of coffee or a drink with a really good friend.
