A Good Workout Makes It All Better!

This is so True! I haven’t had a chance to hit the gym lately! Our lives have been INSANE! And with me being pregnant it is hard to find quick burst of exercises that are safe. I have been moody and I realized one day it was because I was missing my workouts! I went to the gym and did 30 mins on the elliptical and felt like a new human afterwards. I always knew exercise made me feel better but this really did prove how good it is for me mentally! I have been making it a priority to try to squeeze something in! I can just handle everything that comes my way when I have had just a few minutes to workout, burn off those frustrations, and let those endorphins start flowing.

Go do a workout! Your mind will thank you for it!


Put on your armor and go into the battle

We all have battles. Some of those battles are with weight, depression, food, family, friends, co-workers, work, bosses, physical aliments, mental issues, and so forth.

Think of the battle you are going through right now and decide to get your head right. Decide to put your armor on and go in that battle prepared. 

Evil wants power, sadness, and darkness but the warriors who do good will not allow this. Evil can not destroy you if you walk under the shield of God. There is power in the blood of Christ. Say that to yourself, face your fears, and  realize you have nothing to fear. Evil does not understand good, love, and kindness. 

You can give up and lose the battle OR you can get your head and heart right and fight!

Whatever your battle is, put on your armor and be prepared to fight today. Have faith in God. He will get you through this battle and know at some point things WILL get better!

You’re exhausted in the mornings because you aren’t getting enough sleep! Go to bed early and see what you feel like the next day! Do this all week and see what your energy levels are like!!

This doesn’t just apply to working out and eating healthy! This weekend get off your ass and do something new and adventurous! Start planning your new business adventure or whatever is on your mind make it happen!! The weekend provides plenty of time for us to make things happen!!

Opportunities come our way everyday!

Think about it! Whether it is with my kid’s school, friends, work, and so forth I constantly have an invite to do something! 

The problem isn’t saying YES, I always want to say YES! BUT I start stretching myself thin if I always say YES! It is easy to say YES and hard to say NO! If we say NO we think we are letting people down and being harsh. That isn’t the case “most of the time”. I am only one person I can only do so much! So I have to keep that in mind when opportunities arise. I would love to say yes to all of them but it is just not possible. The earlier on we realize this the better our lives will be. We will “disappoint” somebody at some point. I have to remember what is important and that comes first! 

With the holidays coming up we are all a little stressed and running like a chicken with its head cut off. Say YES because it is the “giving” season but also KEEP IT MIND to say NO when needed! Don’t make your life so stressed by saying yes so much that you miss this beautiful life God has given us!
