Better You Project/Challenge 3

This week continue to drink 1/2 gallon to 1 gallon of water everyday, take your vitamins, AND everyday this week I want you to eat 1 raw veggie a day! 

Today/Tonight I will be cutting up celery and carrots to place in Ziploc baggies to have when I get hungry and need a pick me up! I hope you do the same!

There are lots of yummy raw veggies out there mushrooms, celery, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, snow peas and so on! Get adventurous!

Go today and buy everything you need to complete this challenge for the week!
