We all have set backs, RIGHT? You gave in and ate 3 slices of cake at the office or you haven’t worked out in 2 weeks or 2 months! IT happens!! IT’S CALLED, LIFE…WELCOME TO IT!
Instead of saying well I ate 3 slices of cake what is two more or a bowl of ice cream or feeling guilty fix it! Eat healthy for the rest of the day and the next few days! Don’t keep making it worse! Instead of saying well it is Thursday and I haven’t hit the gym all week so I am just going to wait until Monday, stop! Go to the gym! You have 4 days until Monday that you could have been exercising!
Don’t feel guilty! It happens! Fix it now!! We aren’t perfect! Just get back on it and make it an awesome come back!!
