Some of you are working just as hard if not harder than people with the perfect body! I say “harder” because it is hard when you first start out. You are changing old habits and trying to reassure yourself 24/7 that what you are doing is a good thing. Staying motivated is very difficult sometimes!
Know that you are doing a really good thing! You may not see those arm muscles or toned legs yet but keep working and eventually you will see a change. If you have really (AND I MEAN REALLY) been working hard and haven’t seen a change something is wrong! Go to the doctor have them run some test. If you are exercising and eating clean/healthy/watching proportions then you should see some type of change!! Sometimes that change takes a while to see but you should see some at some point!
