START the new year right!
The Dashing Dish does it again with another great protein shake! I can’t wait to have this once baby Grey is born and I can get back to my normal ways! Oh yes, I forgot to tell you we are naming our 3rd baby boy Grey Edwards Gainspoletti. Grey and Edwards are both family names! Super excited about his arrival!
I am not having protein shakes while I am pregnant BUT as soon as I recover I will have some again! This will be a great one while you are trying to get off the sugar high of the holidays!
Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake by the dashing dish!
|1/2 cup||Fat free cottage cheese 1|
|1 scoop||Protein powder (chocolate or vanilla) 2|
|1-3 pkts||Stevia (or 1/4-1 tbs sweetener of choice)|
|5-10||Ice cubes (Depending on how thick you like it, use less for a thinner consistency)|
|1/2-1 cup||Water (Alter this according to desired consistency)|
|1 tbs||Unsweetened cocoa powder|
|2 tbs||Peanut Flour (aka PB2) OR 2 tbs Peanut Butter|
