Had to post! I use to always drink diet cokes and drink as many as I wanted a day because they were zero calories! THEN I got smart! I did find my belly bloating from the carbonation, I usually craved sweets more after I drank it, and I didn’t feel as good when I just drank water or tea! So I, for the most part, cut them out. I would rather have my tea and water that doesn’t leave me feeling blah after it!! It takes some time to change your taste but once you do it will be the best decision you ever made!
