This recipe is so quick and yummy! Perfect for a week night meal!
- 3-4 skinless chicken breast
- Italian dressing
- pita bread
- light Caesar salad kit
- shredded Parmesan cheese
Get 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breast and soak them in Italian dressing for 4 hours. Place chicken between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and beat the meat with a meat mallet until thin. Grill chicken for 4/5 minutes on each side. (we usually let our food sit for a few minutes off the grill so it cooks a touch longer) then slice into thin pieces. Grill the pita bread. ( I grilled mine on the George Foreman) throw a dash of water on it to keep it soft.
Toss the salad and place salad, chicken and Parmesan cheese into pitas!
