A lot of the times we don’t accomplish all that we can because of ourselves. We tell ourselves NO and CAN’T DO IT. We let fear stop us from being who we want to be and doing what we want to do! We don’t travel to Europe because we are afraid of airplanes. We want to run in a marathon but tell ourselves we can’t. We don’t go on beach vacations with family or friends or take a lap in the pool for exercise because of the dreaded BATHING SUIT!! There are all these reasons we convince ourselves not to do it. The only thing standing in the way of our goals is ourselves! Make you a list right now, a bucket list! What all do you want to accomplish before you die? What would you like to do? Run a 5k? Tell a person your sorry? WHAT???? I have just two things that I can think of for my bucket list that are left. I have accomplished pretty much everything else and I am 30! OF COURSE, I AM ALWAYS ADDING TO THAT LIST! Make that list and then sit down and see what all you could accomplish in the next 6 months or year! Even little things count! Maybe on your bucket list it is to try this restaurant that has been open for years right down the street and you keep saying I am going to try that place one day. Maybe it is to get your degree from college, run a 10k, visit NYC, or it could be that you want to sky dive! Whatever it is start marking some of those things off your list. Brush those feelings to the side and just do it! Talk yourself out of being scared and fearful! When you are feeling that fear it means something new and different is happening in you life…it means a challenge is happening! Don’t stand in your way of the life you want to live and who you want to be! Take control and accomplish everything you want to do, because I KNOW YOU CAN!
