When you go out to eat keep these things in mind when searching for the healthier options! You have to be careful! Words are tricky! Also, watch out for salads they can quickly become a 700 or 800 calorie meal…watch the dressing and what all goes on top of the salad as well! Choose wisely!
Another thing that is helpful! If they bring bread baskets ask them not to bring one to your table OR throw so much salt on it the bread is ruined. Same thing with chips and salsa! Drink a full glass of water before your meal comes to help cut back as well! Another trick – ordering a black coffee (with stevia if you need it) after a meal or hot green tea if you are still hungry!
