Throw some jumping jacks, burpees, jumping rope, etc… in there to get some quick heart rate boost when doing lunges, squats, arms, and abs! Great interval training! OH and running is always free and a great cardio, especially interval running!!
NO EXCUSE!!! You say..NO ROOM to workout – BS – FIND ROOM!! I push back my coffee table and do insanity in my tiny living room. I move my car and do some of my workouts in my garage . I don’t have a babysitter…..DO it when kids are asleep that may mean 5 a.m or 9 p.m OR have them watch. Quite a number of times I had Noah in the swing as a baby watching me do insanity, beck has done barre with me at night and he cheers me on. I don’t have money to spend on working out…You don’t have to use a gym! There are plenty of things to do that don’t cost money! Running/walking is free, the internet as tons of information and videos for you to do without using weights and “gym” equipment. PLUS you can buy some great dvds for 10$ – I love the barre dvds from amazon and you can pay buy the month if you want p90x, insanity, asylum, etc… they are usually 40$ a month – the whole sets are usually around 150$ check out beachbody.com
