Do these below until you feel like you are going to DIE then KEEP GOING! THAT is when it REALLY STARTS WORKING!! When it gets hard and you want to quit, picture Jillian Micheals in your face telling you to get your butt up and keep going. Give it your all!!
Jump rope and jumping jacks to get some more cardio burst – I would use these for an interval workout. Do 100 jumping jacks, then 3 or 4 of the moves (30 to 60 seconds) back to back. Rest for 1 minute. Jump rope for 1 minute and do 3 or 4 more moves (30 to 60 seconds each) back to back . Rest for 1 minute. Repeat sequence again. REPEAT AS MANY TIMES AS YOU CAN! IF you are REALLY about to die stop and call Doctor, IF YOU JUST FEEL like your about to die and really aren’t then GET YOUR BUTT UP and BANG OUT SOME MORE REPS! We ALL feel like we want to die during a hard workout, but afterwards we feel more alive than any other moment in our day!
