I had to share! I just wrote a post on this last week! THIS IS ME!! I am not a FAST runner, but hey I get from point A to point B! I use to HATE running, if you read my last post on this you know how I use to feel about it. BUT now I LOVE RUNNING!!! Get outside and try it!! Just a little distance at a time and throw some intervals in there of walking and running! Promise if you do it long enough, you just may become a runner!
