SO TRUE! Intervals is the best way to burn fat!! I love intervals just because it switches it up! I always feel like “I’m done??” When it’s over because I am to focused on the time of when to walk, jog, sprint, etc… My brain just shuts off and focuses on the time to sprint, time to walk, time to jog instead of how far have I gone?? How much longer?? I love doing intervals! Try them if you haven’t ever done them!!
