HA! I LOVE THIS! I love when celebrities are so honest! I love to hear the women say at the awards shows: I have been working my ass off and all I can think about is getting these spanx off and eating a cheeseburger! This lets you know that they are not freaks of nature. Yes, there are a handful of women out there that just have that body due to good genes but MOST women have to work for it!
IF you want a nice toned body don’t hate on these women. JOIN THEM! Yes it is easier for some. They have the money to pay somebody to watch their child(ren) when working out, they can pay for they gym, really cool classes, or personal trainers, they have money to eat salmon for lunch and raw fresh tuna for dinner every night or can pay a chef to come in and cook healthy. Some of them have an hour and a half a day to workout while we may only have 20 minutes! I GET IT! BUT it still is no excuse for us! Even if we only have 20 minutes, then get your ass on it in 20 minutes! 20 minutes is better than 0 minutes! Plus if you are eating healthy and watching your calories then you should be fine. Eating healthy is like 80 percent of it! Figure out what time is best for you to workout. Jessica Simpson is up and out the door at 5 am to walk before her kids get up. Russell usually gets up in the morning and is at the gym at 5:00 am or tries to squeeze in a workout at lunch. I try to workout between work and getting the boys or I wait until they are in bed. We all have to figure it out! We get it in because we know it is important! So make it a priority! No excuses!
MOST everyone works their ass off for their good body. Don’t hate on them and be jealous. Look at them for inspiration and think, If they can do it, I can do it! Know most of the time it isn’t good genes, fairy dust, luck, accident as Gwyneth Paltrow puts it but its her working her ass off to be fit and healthy! So stop whining and complaining join in and work your ass off to get the body you want!
