Tell you mind to kiss your ***!

Your mind will tell you that you can’t do it! Your mind will say your are too old or too unhealthy. You have to tell your mind to shut the hell up! Get up off you ass and do something! Your MIND is what will get you through the burning and uncomfortable sensation of working out. If your mind isn’t ready and thinking right, then you can hang it up! You have to get your mindset right! You will keep saying – I have never run 7 miles before how in the hell do I think that I will run 13 eventually? Your mind will say, you are to out of shape to run intervals. Your mind will tell you Yeah Right you want to have a flat stomach by when??? Your mind is going to tell you NO, you are to weak, you can’t do this – but you have to tell your mind to buzz off and you can do this! Yes, it will hurt, yes it will take time out of your schedule, yes you have to be dedicated, make sacrifices and healthy decisions! Nobody said this would be easy! Wether you are losing 15 pounds or 80 pounds, change is one of the hardest things we have to do. All of those sacrifices, healthy decisions, time out of your schedule, sore muscles will make you have the body you want! It will all be worth it when you look in the mirror and smile at yourself instead of hating yourself.

I can’t do this for you! You have to do this for you! I can’t push you! You have to push yourself! Go ahead and set a goal to reach! To walk 4 miles, to run a 5k or a marathon, to lose 5 lbs or 50, to eat all clean foods for 3 weeks – whatever it may be set the goal and achieve it! Prove to YOURSELF that you can do this! When you think you just can’t make it anymore STOP and ASK YOURSELF : Am I dying? Can I go a little longer? If it is yes then get on it! GO GO GO until you just can’t go anymore! Sweaty, Tired, Sore = A good workout You should feel exhausted and be sweaty not cute and ready to party. CHANGES are made with the effort that is given! You give little, you get little – You give A LOT you will get a lot!

Now, get off your ass and go do something that will make you feel better about yourself ! OH and tell your mind to kiss your ass!
