SPICY TUNA BITES – Low cal, Low Fat and High Protein – YES YES YES!

My Friday and Saturday night meals are always the more expensive and exotic meals of the week! BUTTTTT these ALMOST didn’t happen! First off, I live in the Delta where RAW SUSHI GRADE TUNA isn’t the easiest to get…but thanks to DELTA MEAT MARKET I GOT IT! I knew it was going to be expensive because the hubs got some about a month ago and it was grade A tuna – so it was 30$ a pound..YIKES! So this time it was 27$ a pound…..I was TERRIFIED to spend 27$ on tuna and the recipe suck, but I did! Russell ended up being the one to make these and I took care of the kids (thanks hun). Man it was soooo goood! I got a good sushi fix for sure!! Which living here in the Delta you don’t know when your next visit to a sushi restaurant will be. PLUS, after eating at Japonais in Chicago, it is hard to be really satisfied with sushi. That raw tuna was AMAZING! I wasn’t disappointed at all and it was very filling, healthy, and tasty! Good job Taylor from food faith and fitness! This is a good recipe for the weekend, when you want something a little extra special but is still healthy!
