DIY Healthy Dippin Dots!

Grab your favorite yogurt! I always do greek yogurt!

Pour the yogurt into a small Ziploc bag. Tilt the bag to where the yogurt goes to the corner of the bag. Now cut a LITTLE off the end. (you are basically making a piping bag) Squeeze out to make as large or as small as you want the dots to be. I always put mine on a plate. Once finished place in freezer for a little while. I usually leave mine in for 30 mins to an hour! You can leave overnight or however long!

I LOVE these and the boys like them as well! They are crunchy, cold, and sweet! Great to nibble on when you are watching tv as well!
