Baby, its cold outside!!

Well, its COLD outside, and it keeps dropping! They say maybe 2 inches of ice (does this bring back memories of the 1994 ice storm, 2 weeks without power….)

It is freezing outside, but don’t let that stop you from working out! Head to the gym or do a workout at home! Below is a little something to help keep you moving, even when you are stuck inside!

NO EXCUSES! KEEP YOUR BUTT MOVING OR YOU WILL REGRET IT WHEN THOSE JEANS DON’T FIT NEXT WEEK!

25 jumping jacks (fast)

25 bicycle crunches

25 in and out crunches (sit in boat position, leave hands on floor, legs in tabletop – push legs out so they are straight and then bring back in to bent, back out straight, back in bent)

10 burpees

1 minute break

15 push ups

25 jab, cross, hook, and uppercuts ( standing in boxing position,  – jab with left, then cross with right, then hook with left, then uppercut with right =1) 25 with left foot in front, then 25 with right foot in front

30 3 direction kicks (30 per leg) – kick front, side, and back

30 jumping jacks

1 minute break

30 seconds or 1 minute hold plank

40 Mason twist (sit in boat position with legs in table top, hold hands together in a fist and twist to left bring hands to floor back across body to right and bring hands to floor, that’s 1)

25 lunges (25 on each leg)

30 seconds run with high knees as fast as possible in place

1 minute break

25 squats

30 3 direction kicks (30 per leg) – kick front, side, and back

50 jumping jacks

 

Feel like you can keep going???? Start it all over again!!
