The link above has a WONDERFUL twice baked cauliflower recipe! My entire family LOVES it! You think you are eating mashed potatoes, but you aren’t! Now, I am not saying to eat this everyday but sometimes you just need comfort food. You can eat this and not totally wreck your healthy eating plan.

I use plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream & turkey bacon to make it even healthier!
