100 jumping jacks

20 tricep dips

25 squats

20 jump squats

hold boat pose for 1 or 2 minutes

20 lunges each leg

hold plank 30 seconds or 1 minute

30 calf raises

1 minute jump rope

10 push-ups

10 front kicks, 10 side kicks, 10 back kicks each leg

50 mason twist (boat position and twist side to side)

50 jumping jacks
